In 2021, my family and I took a big step: we bought an old house using all our savings and a bank loan. We dreamed of turning it into a warm, safe home for our growing family. Shortly after, our lives changed in the best way possible: our child was born.

However, as we began the renovations, we faced many unexpected challenges. We discovered hidden defects that were not visible at first: structural issues, poor insulation, and moisture problems that led to mold. What we thought would be a simple renovation turned into a massive project that is now beyond our financial reach.
